Skill library

• Tangent reading

  Strategy is a direction of change, not a slogan. Read a proposal as motion: what would actually be different tomorrow.

• Weighted propagation

  Flow value is the sum, over paths, of algebraic weight times what was transmitted. A loud path is not a heavy path.

• Provenance stamp

  Every filing names a person, a place, and a date. Missing any one of the three, it remains an issue.

• Basin note

  Coordination settles into basins. Name the attractor before you celebrate agreement — some basins are stalls.
